No customer service from the Bedman

The Bedman. Atlas and Top Road , Anderbolt, Boksburg. i purchased a base and mattress on the 19/02/2022. During the last few weeks we have noticed that the bed has 2 low spots exactly where we sleep. Those areas have collapsed. On the 25 May 2022 i communicated with the bedman through watsapp. It tskes a person at The Bedman ages before they could answer you. I have provided them all the necessary information including photos of the bed problem and Invoice. Two days later the the Bedman consultant says now we have to lodge a complain. That is exactly what i did from the first day of my communication. I kept on asking every day during the day with no communication from The Bedman. This is extremely poor customer service. I have also sent a few mails to two different mail addresses. Here also there was not a single reply. How a business like this can survive by disgusting customer service. Never again would i purchase any product from the Bedman of even refer anyone to them. I definately need the Owner to speak to me with immediate effect. They dont even deserve any star rating.
