Wrong bed and replacement delivery cost what a joke

I will never ever support the bed shop or recommend them.i bought a bed from them and have been struggling since January 2021 to get it replaced eventually the product is there and still waiting for it to be replaced .You as a client have to pay transport costs for replacement .all the other companies i delt with regarding this matter take the responsibility to replace it on there cost have not slept on my bed since the complain how lovely and then to find out the product you bought is not the one you asked i asked for a 120kg bed and now with the replacement (that im still waiting for of the bed )i find out its only 100 kg and thats not what i asked for did the sale person just give me the bed because it was on sale so if it is replaced it is still not the product i actually wanted but ja now i have to sit with that 100kg bed . And now i have to wait till there is a delivery close to my house to get the mattress replaced as per PIETER NAUDE , pathetic service i can not understand there service, we as clients are the reason for there doors to be open really so disappointed in the store and there management team so ***********
