WORST SERVICE EVER

WORST SERVICE EVER AT SHOW GATE BLOEMFONTEIN I bought a sleeper couch on 10 June 2023 but occupied my new home only end of Sept. Told the sales rep to order new one as the one on display is damaged and dirty. When it was delivered (I had to pay delivery) it was even worst then the 1 on display. It was dirty, torn and the legs were bent and damaged (it came in a pick & pay bag) Long story short - requested a refind after several attempts to get a new 1. Promises and lies. I report it to customer service EVEN MORE USELESS THEN THE SHOP. It is 3 weeks later.... no couch, no refund, just another promise
