Worst mattresses every

<p>At then end of Dec 2015 we bought 2 mattresses from The Bedshop in Heidelberg Gauteng. From the start we had problems and by month 3 of 2016 the mattresses were already exchanged 3 times. The problem is - the Bedshop DO NOT solve the problem - since March last year we have battled to get any service from the Bedshop in Heidelberg to solve the problem - the mattresses are horrible - you keep rolling to the middle. At last we got someone from the shop out April. They guy said he agrees - there is a problem. His solution is we need to either upgrade or let them exchange the mattresses. No my questin is - WHY in the world would I want to upgrade - thus paying more, for WHAT??? Your terrible product. And I'm sorry we paid a lot of money already. We then tried to phone the head office - called Dynamic Bedding based in Krugersdorp - we are still waiting for them to phone us back. You would think that somewhere there's customer service. BUT NO - we actaully just want our money back - you can take your horrible mattresses. The worst thing is - my mom just had a hip replacement - and the mattresses does not give ANY SUPPORT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WE would like someone from head office to phone and come and collect the mattresses and GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
