Worn out bed

I lay bye a bed last year and November 2021 we settled the lay bye and took our bed, after 2 weeks the bed started making sounds which I reported at the shop. In Jan they exchanged the mattress. Hardly a month the mattress has been changed the mattress is making noise again. The bed shop doesn't sell quality, if it was quality the mattress wouldn't be making noise. I'm so not happy with this as this bed is hardly 6 months old but we are experiencing issues. I want someone to call me and this must be sorted we bought this bed very expensive and on top of that whenever the mattress is exchanged we must pay for delivery from our own pocket. I'm not happy with it at all. My number is *** I need this resolved asap.
