Witbank,down town bed shop I want my money!14 days finished long time

I cancelled my bed lay buy because of bed quality reviews early September I went to take other documents they said I must wait 14 days now its October I never received my money not even a cent when I called them they said they will do follow up and come back to me and they never call me again I wish I never went to lay buy to that bed shop.
