Warranty Problem

I purchased a bed in november 2021 at the Bed Shop in Eldorado Park. The Sales Lady at the shop at that time was Unice (even promised me free pillows if the bed is bought cash which i also never received). I asked her about the guarantee and warranty of the bed and she assured the bed and base had a guarantee of 1 year and a warranty of 5 years so should anything happen i just need to report it.

I reported the bed more than a month ago and no one is assisting me.

I am now told that the base does not have any warranty which i feel is ridiculous for the cash price i paid for my bed.

I am very unhappy about the service i am receiving as a customer and i am going to take this matter further
