Waited for delivery and no show, showed up at 19h52 and expect me to open my gate?

I bought two beds online. The Bedshop acknowledges receipt of order, a week later i get a phone call to tell me the delivery will be in a week, I ask them to make it on Wednesday during working hours. Today is Wednesday, I waited the whole day and no show. Now at 19h52 i get a call that they are "here" for delivery? And I tell them Im not home, the guys says to me they will charge me for delivery again? What am I missing?
