Very very bad experience Never again

I will NEVER buy anything from the bed shop nor refer anybody to them The worst experience ever I ordered a bed online on the 22nd of December 2023 They took the money never communicated a week later I phoned THEM which they told me they dont have stock The day before yesterday I phoned THEM again where they told me my bed was ready for collection Went this morning to collect the bed When I unwrapped it There was scuff marks on the base and matress the stitching is going lose The place where the leg is suppose to go in is busy breaking out The matress has water damage and is full of black dirty marks Phoned head office I must send them an email with photos Did that now I have to wait until they are ready to come and collect their second hand bed Im very disguisted with the experience I have with them I want a refund so I can go to a place with better service and products
