Very Disappointed with My Purchase from The Bed Shop (Sky City)

I purchased a bed for R5500 from The Bed Shop in Sky City in January. By the end of February, the mattress had become uneven, causing serious back pain. I weigh only 50kg, so I was shocked at how quickly the bed deteriorated. When I returned to the store to report the issue, I was advised to turn the mattress monthly—I started turning it daily, but the problem persisted.

Despite my complaints, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. I feel I’ve wasted my money on a low-quality product with no proper customer support. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this store based on my experience.
