unsatisfied with product and service

<p>In October 2013 we bought a 183cm x/lenght Sleep-o-pardic super b/set from The Bed Shop;shop8;Mega Park;Currie Avn;Bloemfontein.It had a guarentee for 5 years and warranty of 25 years.</p> <p> </p> <p>In March 2016,we went to the shop to complain that even that we rotated the matrass;its sagging and uncomftable to sleep on it.</p> <p>On that same day that we were complaining to the manageres the owner was also present.We got the impression of her not to speak to the owner and that she will give the complaint aswell as a copy of the invoice to him.</p> <p>Two weeks later he arrived with a motorbike at our residence.He was moaning that hia bike were getting dirty due to the rain on the gravel road.</p> <p>He was looking at the matrass and were asking whether we rotated it,and by the sagging on all 4 sides of matrass you could clearly see that we do.</p> <p> </p> <p>He than told my wife that Im actually to heavy for the bed as Im weighing 140+ and that the bed is only up to 120 kg;but he will do her a favour to swop the matrass on one condition that she must wash the matrass cause it was used</p> <p> </p> <p>When I bought the bed in 2013 no one at The Bed Shop told me that Im to heavy for bed;and nowhere I can find a weight restriction.So they were only interest in doing a sale.</p> <p>Secondly Im also unhappy that he told my wife to wash matrass.The matrass is use to sleep on and what If there were a baby sleeping on it.No where is stating so.</p> <p>If the matrass were so good as they told me when sold it to me;I wouldnt complaint about it</p> <p> </p>
