Unprofessional Stock handling

I ordered a a queen bed at, The Bed Shop on the 24th November 2025 online....

The Bed was on discounted to R3499, I texted bedshop on their WhatsApp numbers on 24th since I was struggling to locate The Bed Shop and they said they will deliver the Bed at The Bed Shop Highveld Mall, at Emahleni....

Guess what, I got to Highveld Mall, the salesman made a call and said that his head of admin told him not to release any bed without confirming the order! I had to wait for more than two hours for confirmation and after confirming the order the sales man told me they do not have the Bed in the stock nor their warehouse 😭....

I was so terrified as I drove all the way from Middelburg and had to opt to buy a bed R4500 extra unplanned.

So, I am absolutely not happy with their online system as The Bed Shop had four days to deliver the Bed I ordered but it was not....

The salesman tried to dissolve the matter and what terrified me worse it is that a bed R3999 at The Bed Shop was in stock but he couldn't see that stock on their system...

The Manager from The Bed Shop Highlands Mews, apologized on their behalf but the overall experience was so bad and draining... Please do not oder your bed at The Bed Shop Online or you will cry like I did.
