Unprofessional Bed Shop- The Bed Shop Ormonde

Last year August I drove into Ormonde shopping center to get myself something to eat. I passed The Bed Shop and a guy whom I found out whilst inside the store that he is the owner asked me come and look at beds which are on special. I went in not with the intention of buying a bed but whilst inside I realised that I needed a bed. So I lay-byed one. In January I made my last installment and I contacted the store. Firstly I struggled to get hold of the store but I finally got hold of the owner Ebrahim via email. I gave him my receipt number and he kept saying I must send him the name of the bed I bought,which i did. I first made contact with them on the 10th of January and I've been sent from pillar to post.
