Unacceptable Delay in Lay-Buy Refund – The Bed Shop Cresta Mall

I cancelled my lay-buy in line with The Bed Shop’s free cancellation policy and submitted all required documents on 1 December. Invoice: #124576

A week later, the consultant (Enoch) admitted he forgot to submit my paperwork. Since then, calls to the store go unanswered.

As of 13 December, I have not received my refund. This delay is unacceptable and caused entirely by internal negligence.

I am requesting immediate intervention from Head Office and payment of my refund without further delay.
