Truly dissatisfied bed shop client

Irrate and Truly Dissatisfied Client.we bought excitedly our king size bed at The Bed Shop in August this year all went well after a few months later the bed had two single base sets in the middle and remained hard in the middle one of the bed specialists came out to inspect explained us about rotation etc we did so again in good faith ive phoned head office today to resolve this matter the Guy was rude and he refused to let me speak finish after i spoke to him in an respectable manner when reaching no resolution i told him we are in pain because of the bed he arrogantly told me he is not a Doctor unfortunately....I requested a refund and nothing has come thereof Im still sitting with the bed and no resolution regarding my full refund has been reached after i paid an enormous +- 9000 rands...totally appalled.
