This shop is ****ming people, taking money not delivering

Poor experience from this shop,we stay in CPT and we were in our home in Louis Trichard for school holidays,so we bought a mattress for the kids bedroom.We went to The bed shop in Louis Trichard and the lady was honest and even called the Head office to confirm the time frame.the "so called "Head office confirmed we would get the bed on thurday.We feel so de*****ed as the head office were chasing target and gave fakse timeframe,our kids soend the whole school holidays sleeping on the floor,now we are going back to CPT with sick kids sleeping on the floor.Should we have known, we would have bought the mattress elsewhere should they told us the truth,and we dont blame the lady at the Louis Trichard branch.she was helping but its their headoffice which is ****ming people.When we enquired about a refund,we were told its a long process,3weeks now waiting for a mattress.
