Their warranty means nothing ,do not fall for the promises like we did

<p>We bought a bed two years ago for 6000.00 ,it included a 15 year warranty .Now two years down the line the bed (after rotating etc )has very deep indentations ,****ing our backs (and showing the quality of their products .)</p> <p>Customer care says phone the Rep ,the rep answered once a week ago ,said he will get someone to come have a look and has ignored numerous calls and voice messages since then .It's like running in to a wall .a Very very painful experience to say the least .Their warranties and sales talk mean nothing when you have a problem .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
