The worst shopping experience- The Bed Shop- Savanah Mall

Do not buy a bed from The Bed Shop. You will regret it. I bought a Bed 3 weeks ago from them. I went into the store and stated clearly that I want a Bed with gel. The sales lady convinced me to get a different bed "with gel". When I got home I searched for the bed I was convinced to buy instead, and to my surprise there's no mention of gel in the bed. I called the store and asked for a refund. The sales person says it will take 3 weeks, excuse me what?? 3 weeks for a refund? After that I decided to just add a little money and pay for the bed I initially wanted. It's been 3 weeks and my bed is still not here. I was **** to and told that my bed will be ordered on Monday and then come on the next Monday. This changed to 2 weeks and I was patient, but today the 3rd week has passed and I called the store only for the lady to hang up on me and say she is busy.. I am so disappointed!! The staff sells you dreams. They lie to you before you buy, once you pay their stories change.
