The worst bed service ever!! Don't buy here!!

I ordered my bed on Monday the 13th and had to WhatsApp them regarding the date of my delivery as they didn't communicate anything! They called me to advise the bed would be delivered by weekend as they didn't have stock okay fine I get that but you're not communicating, no reassurance nothing! I had to constantly remind them that I need to know if they're really going to deliver my bed as even the website didn't mention anything it's still showing processing. I want my bed cause I paid for it and the delivery fee!! You guys need to do better in the customer service side as it sucks!!!! If my bed is not here by Monday I'm coming to the shop directly I have receipts of purchase! You cannot rob us like this! Tf!?
