The bedshop Ilanga mall

Hi So I went to do an exchange at the bed shop in Ilanga mall Mpumalanga and I the staff there suggested that I do an upgrade and after I received a faulty bed which I send back and later requested to only do an upgrade to the same bed I had and request a refund to be done The store is giving me a round around as they promised that they will refund me in 7-14 days and I'm still waiting for my refund as we speak. When I call their offices, they don't pick up my calls anymore...very poor service indeed
