The bed shop woodmead is useless

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service from The Bed Shop Woodmead. My bed, which has a 2-year warranty, was not replaced despite clear issues. The staff claimed they had read out the warranty instructions to me, but this never happened.

To make matters worse, Ernest Joubert, who came to inspect the bed at my house, was unhelpful and the entire process was a complete waste of time. This level of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this store to anyone.
