The Bed Shop Woodmead Ignoring Customer regarding her refund

I bought a bed and decided to cancel the order the same day based on Hello Peter reviews about the quality of the bed.

I requested a refund and Marlene sent me the form to fill in. I sent back the form on the same day(the 14th) and have not received a response from the store. On the 17th I then sent a follow up email,, which was also not responded to.

Today is the 21st and based on how badly the store has treated me, have resorted to sharing my experience.
