The Bed Shop will not deliver bed or refund monies

In April 2014 I bought a double with the Bedshop Online [URL Removed] The amount was R2899 including a R300 delivery fee. I was told the bed would be delivered within 5 working days. This was not done. I kept calling them repeatedly on their Cresta shop number and they kept giving me the run around. First materials for making the bed were not available, then the Easter holidays delayed delivery and so on and so forth and by June when I eventually spoke to someone I was told that the shop had been sold to someone else..
