The Bed Shop - Unhappy Customer

Bought an exspensive matress from the bed shop (10 Year Warrantee) it started sagging I contacted the Bed shop Atlas Mall Benoni.. Ecery day I get promised they will.collect and exchange today I had to make arrangements to ensure someone was home.. the even told me their driver is on route.. they never arrived..

Ive not experienced such bad customer service in a long time. Dishonesty and no communication is not acceptable..
