The bed shop terrible after service

Good day. Purchased a double bed from the bed shop online and collected it from the Bedworth park branch in Vanderbijlpark. On the website, it does not mention that the base is made of cardboard. While my helper and I were putting on the base cover the cardboard base cracked in.. really ! I want a refund and IV been contacting the bed shop via phone, email and watsapp and I'm not getting any feedback at all.
