The Bed Shop Springfield ********** a 78 year old pensioner. Be aware don't go there.

My 78 year old Dad recently purchased a bed from The Bed Shop Springfield. The sales rep showed him a bed on the show room floor that was comfortable and good quality. The bed that was given to him from the stock room was poor quality and very uncomfortable. I reported the fault to The Bed shop the next day. On the 11 of May 2021 I was emailed a refund form. The form was filled in and emailed back few days later after the sales rep called me to confirm I received the form. I had NO feedback for the next 3 weeks. I then went to the store and handed in a hard copy of the form as they said they never received it. I was then sent a email by the acting manager that The Bed Shop Won't be refunding my Dad. We feel that we have been ****** and **** to as the display item and item received is not the same quality. please be aware of The Bed Shop Springfield.
