Dear Bed Shop Southlake branch, what kind of company are you that does not refund a laybuy? My cousin placed a laybuy, and now the shop is refusing to refund it. They’re saying the laybuy ‘unforeseen family challenge’ and that the money is needed to cover that. Honestly, in this economy they don’t want to refund her. I’m really disappointed in the Bed Shop Southlake branch.
