The bed shop somerset west terrible service

Extremely poor and unprofessional service. I purchased a bed and have two weeks advance notice on a specific day for delivery. Delivery was expected at 10am on the 31/01/2024.

I had to make over 30 calls to the store and finally they stopped responding. The entire day has gone and it’s almost 8pm and still no sign of my delivery or communication.

I was told at 4 pm that the driver had collected the bed and was on his way to deliver. Seriously the store is not even 15 minutes away and still no sign of the driver or our order.

The sales person was very quick to sell the end and assured me delivery will be prompt. I have to let me child sleep on the floor today as she start university registration tomorrow and we have to return home.

I will definitely never purchase from here again or refer any family or friends to experience such poor service.

If I purchase this from Another store it would have been delivered. All our furniture has arrived except for the most important thing which is the bed.
