The Bed Shop on Ondekkers Road are ****** don't buy from them.

I bought a queen bed at The Bed Shop for my 12yr daughter last year in July. On Ondekkers road (opposite Westgate Mall) in the Westrand. Giving us a 1year guarantee.. Dynamic orthopedic, that's the name of the mattress. Now the bed is making noise like we had it for 5yrs. I called the store, spoke with a guy called "O" sent photos like requested via email. Today they tell me, they can't help me because the bed is torn & it's dirty... Guys whoever is reading this, please be alert of the store their ******, as they sent their delivery guy who happened to be an external van driver, to come assess the bed and funny enough reached that conclusion.. The same guy who I hired to deliver the mattress set when I bought it and the plastic that covered the bed was torn upon delivery. Please be alert of this store as they ***** people and mind you, I bought the set cash. This is the torn and dirty mattress they claim i own. This bed is nor even 6 months old. Talk about service in SA.They even asked me to put a broom on the mattress while I take pictures...
