The Bed Shop not wanting to exchange mattress due to pathetic excuse.

Very disappointed in The Bed Shop Centurion and their Dynamic products!

I bought a mattress from The Bed Shop in Centurion. This mattress failed within a few months and the Bed Shop where more than willing to exchange the mattress and recommended that I must upgrade to a more expensive mattress that cost R2198 more. The mattress that I upgraded to also failed within a few months and is sagging. The manager of the shop in Centurion inspected the mattress and agreed that the mattress has failed but he then informed me that he cannot exchange the mattress for a new mattress as there are two marks on (obviously where I slept on it). Is this ridiculous or what??? I have never heard of such a pathetic excuse!!!!!

Please do not support them as their service are slobby and their products are of poor quality.
