The bed shop no refund

Good day I would like to alert other concumers not to make laybuys at the bed shop simply because if you maybe have to cancel it the bed shop dose not refund you it seems that they are above the consumer laws it's been a month know I've been waiting for an amount of R2400 this is rediculas I'm going to lay complaint against the bed shop mastlosana mall at consumer counsel and at mall management tomorrow
