The bed shop key west

The bed shop key west staff is nice when you go buy a bed. We bought a bed from them the 25/05/2022 and 3 days after they delivered the bed the base made sqeeky sounds. I phoned them they said they will order a new one and let me know to get it at the 20th of june.....NOTHING!!!!every time i phone them after they said they will phone me back they don't. Its 2 months later and we still haven't received the new base. I phoned them yesterday and they said they will get back to me today but nooooooo i had to phone them again and then you guess right they are close the trading hours show they close at 5 but apparently they have their own time they decided they will stop answering phones at 16:30... nice. Im not a very happy customer and my husband is furious we will never buy a bed from you again.
