The Bed Shop is trash!

I purchased a bed in September 2023 from them online. The service prior to the sale was great. They were on the ball. The after sale service has been nothing to write home about. This bed was bought for my other home and I only started using it end of September on weekends only. By October I was not happy with the bed at all and I went back to their whatsapp line where I had been chatting to them to let them know. I was told the area manager would give me a call after I had sent them all the details they wanted including pictures and to date. I have not received the call. No one has responded to my emails and I am stuck with a bed that I spent a lot of money on and it's pretty much useless. Do not 3vebt buy anything from them. Their aftersales experience is pathetic!
