The bed shop is run by ****s

I bought a bed at the bed shop & had R1000 outstanding before I could get the bed, I got another alternative & asked them for a refund from the money I’ve already paid which is R8 600, it’s been 3 months now and every week they tell me I’ll get my refund on Friday but that never happens, I called head office & they told me they have never received refund request from the store under my name. I’ve been referred to so many people & my issue is never resolved. They all have the same attitude, arrogance and are all *******. I regret the day I set my foot in that store. I wouldn’t recommend the shop to anyone, you will never get your money back, you won’t get quality beds and good service!!!! The bed shop is TRASH ???
