The bed shop is Horrific.

Actually is the was a ZERO rating for this shop I would give it to them, the have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I bought a bed from them now the bed is having g funny sounds and the mattress has went flat, called at 1st the said I should send an email so the can respond' when I did the never bothered responding to my email, had to send them a second email then they were like we have a lot of complaints we will deal with your claim January, its January the haven't said a word to me. This is horrific the bed is not even 2years old
