The Bed Shop is a dishonest

The bed shop will happily take your payment BUT try to get a refund---you have no chance of getting your money back. Only if you provide them with your ID number and complete a return form and provide your banking details will they perhaps get around to it.

I have a slip and the product was not delivered HOW????? do I get a refund without divulging my personal information to a company who will spam me with emails and share my details??
