The Bed Shop Horison - Excellent Service

The Bed Shop Roodepoort (Horison) gives excellent service.

I have bought a bed recently and the base was damaged during delivery. I only saw it the day afterwards when I set up the bed. So, I am on the phone to them and the first thing they said is that they will replace the base. No questions asked.

The bed was delivered on the Friday. I saw the damage on Saturday and by Sunday morning they delivered a brand new base. This is what I call service. The staff are all friendly, the people in the shop, on the phone and the delivery personnel.
