The Bed Shop Greenacres

I ordered and paid for a storage base in November 2022 at the Greenacres branch and when it got delivered, it was faulty. Luckily the delivery guy was still here and he called the manager informing her of this. They said they will deliver another bed in the next week. Here I am today with a faulty storage base they never replaced, I can't even use it! Their service is utterly DISGUSTING & PATHETIC!! The worst part is that they do not communicate at all with me, I have to be the one that calls or have to go there myself!!! I am taking legal action.
