The Bed Shop

My sister bought 2 beds at Carnival bed Shop in Oktober 2019. When they brought the bed to our house and they assembled it the broke the one foot which they never replaced. Then the bad started sagging , it does not matter Hou u turn it we took the matter up with them and after a huge story they replaced both beds. Within the 1st week the mattress started sagging again and we turned it like they said we must. This mattress is worse than the one I had previously. I phone to lodge a complaint again after so many times, and yet I still sit with a bed that we paid 5000 rand for and it's worth nothing. They can say what they want this is not a new mattress that they gave me because this 1 is worse than my previous one Regards Rina Labuschagne ***
