If I could give a no star rating , I would. These are the most *********** people to deal with! I returned the bed I purchased and requested a refund. The duration is quite lengthy and you still receive attitude from the regional manager who is dishonest simply to prolong the entire process. I’ll never recommend The Bed Shop to anyone - not even my worst enemy!
