The bed shop

On 18/04/2016 my wife and i went to The bed shop (Dynamic bedding) near East rand Mall and purchased two mattresses with the base. The one was a queen size and the other a three quarter. On the queen size it says Sleep o'paedic turn free mattress, 30 year service warranty. During August 2020 we found that the mattress has a cut inside it and i immediately wanted to inform the shop where i had bought it but only to find it has closed. i was refered to the bed shop in Meadowdale and supp**** the manager with a copy of the bank statement as proof that we purchased the mattress from the shop in Boksburg North that has closed. I was then informed that they will not repair the mattress as they wanted the original receipt. I asked them where their copies were and was told it was filed in Krugersdorp. After a couple of days i was informed they can't find anything and that they refuse to repair the mattress. I wrote an email to the owner of Dynamic bedding and have not received any answer. On the bank statement it shows clearly that the mattress was bought from them. I will never encourage anyone to ever buy a bed from any dealer who is selling Dynamic beds.
