The 10 year bed guarantee - Valid or Not

Hi , I bought a bed in 2013 and queen size in Randfontein at the bed shop and I don't have a receipt anymore but I have noticed the bed did not last the 10 year guarantee as written on the bed or the promise that is said on the bed. The middle of the bed has one sharp spring that has sprang out and makes it very uncomfortable. The quality is noticeable becaase I am a big fan of the bed shop and have bought 3 sets already . The other 2 beds which I left at home when I got married both bought in 2007 at The Bed Shop Ontdekkerrs Road are still in a very good condition and look as good as new . Please help !!!!
