Thank You Emogene

Far too often we complain about the service we receive but are far less quick give compliments. There is one very special lady named Emogene at the Northgate and Roodepoort branch who deserves to be recognised for her exceptional service. <br> <br> We were welcomed at the Northgate branch with a smile and given extra information about each of the beds. Finally we made our decision and the bed was delivered the next day. When the bed arrived we weren't as happy with it and decided to return it over the weekend. Once again, we were met with a smile and welcomed. Emogene remained just as friendly and helpful even though she was not making a sale.<br> <br> She is exactly the kind of person that every company dreams of having as their frontline staff. She is a professional and vibrant sales lady who I hope will not go unnoticed by management. <br> Thank you so much Emogene.
