Terrible experience with until staff when it comes to correcting their mistakes

We bought a bed at the bed shop. The bed that was delivered was not the same as the bed on the show floor (although it had the same name). After going back to complain we were told that the bed on the show floor was a new design and the bed that was delivered to us was from the old stock (not the new design). They promised to deliver a new bed and nothing has happened. They just make excuses, tell lies or don’t answer your calls. Terrible service! They are very quick and eager to try and sell you a bed but don’t show the same level of eagerness to correct the mess that they make. Rather look for beds elsewhere, the drama associated with this company is not worth your time and money.
