terrible beds and service

bought a bed last year October 2017 this bed is indented and still under guarantee. I phoned the shop which was of no assistance including the manager or owner. contacted head office and to date am still battling to get a replacement bed. first of all ive been phoning since Monday, then I get asked to come to the store which is inconvenient ive been told to speak to this one and that one and still no help....
