Terrible after sales service
I received the worst after sales service from the store manager Matthew. The guy is so impatient and disrespectful. I had to call his head office before he can come check the bed i bought three months ago that is tearing. I was about to purchase a single bed for my son but will never set foot there and I will tell those close to me to stay away unless they want stress

26 Nov 2019, 13:41So after my debacle with Matthew from The Bed Shop Festival Mall, Ernest who is the Area Manager called me. I like how he handled the whole situation and was willing to assist me. He kept in touch up until yesterday to confirm the delivery and times. As I write this, my bed was exchanged for another one. Because of people like him, I think I will consider buying from other The Bed Shop stores because I learned that not everyone has a bad attitude.. So yaa, just give The Bed Shop a try.
