Terreble business , negligent to customer

I fully paid them for a bed at the Woodmead shop on saturday ,but still have not recieved the bed instead when I enquire about the bed they keep going left and right instead of delivering the bed, when I want my refund so I can go buy a bed else where they that's not possible ,frankly I relocated from Durban to Johannesburg this past Friday now I find myself sleeping on the floor but I have paid for a bed in full.
