TEH BEDSHOP NOT KNOWING WHAT TEHY ARE DOING!!!

Please do not buy beds from the The Bed Shop SA. The franchise sold us a bed in 2021 and now refuses to replace the bed , because the franchisee at the time was selling a product not approved by the franchise itself, when speaking to the admin person at The bed shop in Pietermaritzburg this is what she told me and now the franchise refuses to replace the product , when asked why wasn't the franchise aware of the products being sold in there Store, she rep**** we do not check our stores. PLEASE PEOPLE BE AWARE!
