Sleep masters cradle stone

I dealt with an excellent sales team in Cradle mall from sleep masters the bed experts. I received a notice that the bed suite will be delivered on the 11/4/ 2024. I cancelled plans with my elderly friend explaining the situation. 9h28 I received a call from a person today enquiring am I home. Yes I said. Excited had prepared the room. At 13h00 I called the number back no answer. I left a message stating I would like to secure my dogs before they arrived. I phoned Cradle stone mall and he was very accommodating. Phoned me back that the furniture will arrive before six. At 4 I phoned the gentleman again. Again so friendly and accommodating he phoned back. Unable to reach the driver. Reaching his area manager he was informed that the furniture was damaged and unable to be delivered. A lie if I ever heard one. They were just not concerned to deal with me. Surely if the driver called me the manager could. They waisted my day and now I will cancel my purchase and warn all sales people of Sleep masters that the factory will definitely let you down, the drivers will definitely let you down and your area manager could care less about you than he does me the client.
