They sold us a sponge instead of a foam mattress , we only slept for a few days and it’s already a hole in the middle, from day 1 they gave us a bad service. The feet for the base weren’t the same size and they told us they will bring the correct sizes which was last year September and they never did. So we are stuck with a base that’s not stable and a mattress that gives you body ache from sleeping on it, they’ve been saying they are coming to fetch the mattress only and they keep postponing. You guys keep making fools out of me and my husband and I hate it. Bring back our money or just collect the damn bed it’s simple. You do that or we will meet at the ombudsman
